Family hike and new blog

Walking together is something we do often and I'm getting stronger carrying Anna on my back. For some reason she sits much better on my back than Scott's - which is a good thing as he spends quite a lot of time rescuing Bella from brambles and puddles. Sam is getting much more adventurous and loves finding the best sticks and crossing bridges. Makes me smile seeing them enjoying being outdoors.

I've created a new blog here : See you there !

Winter isn't turning out to be as cold and grim as anticipated. Hopefully, I'm not speaking too soon. We've been lazing about the house quite a bit and still in the process of sorting our belongings out. Anna took her first steps last week! She's so proud of herself each time she tries an extra step.

Half term starts next week for two weeks. We're looking forward to having a rest from the busy school/activities routine.

Hello. I unintentionally had a blog break. Everyday life got in the way. But, I intend to dust my camera off and take a few more photos rather than use my phone camera. So, here are a few photos from the weekend and a little walk in the woods. I can only carry Anna so far. X

Sam and bella playing nicely. I love it when that happens.

She's having a haircut today!

These three are growing and changing faster than I can photograph them. It's scary!

Sam is reading his leaf booklet from the abortoreum. He was a little obsessed with finding leaf number 6!

Bella turned five! We took her shopping for a new dress and she had a lovely party on her birthday. (You really deserved to be spoilt sweetheart).

Anna not too impressed with the foxy hat by the looks of it. But she is standing more and more.

Sam is stealing the sugar.

Bella is licking the chocolate off the spoon (sam grabbed the whole bowl).

Anna is daddy's little friend. She says "where's da?" and "it's da"!) and she's standing at last!
