We took full advantage of the rare sight of the sun on Sunday morning and also what later became apparent the rare occasion of 5 healthy people at the same time if only for a few hours. Because literally within an hour of returning home I was hit with the dreaded stomach bug. But I'm thankful we had a lovely walk and thankful I never used the stomach cramp tablets given to me during pregnancy. They've definately come in handy now. We're hoping for more beautiful sunny days. I say this as it pours down with rain.
we have had two lovely days of sunshine while adeline is sick and I'm sure once she is feeling better it will rain incessantly, weather is so fickle, as are children's immune systems.
